You have to purchase the items, then you get all but 1¢ back in rewards on you rewards account. You must pay full price first.
You do not give instructions on how to do that & the website does not either.
I had to figure it out too. Once you log in, choose one of the battery packs and the bonus rewards info then pops up at the top. Everyone pays $15.99, then members get back $15.98 in rewards.
