Very versatileThis Blackstone griddle is AWESOME!!! We sometimes go camping and will definitely take it with us. But for right now this griddle has been in use several days throughout the week . We have used it for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The size of the griddle offers a tremendous amount of space. You have a crowd, then this would definitely fit the bill. It was easy to setup. I still believe it has to be seasoned a little more. One night we made steaks with asparagus and the grill did not disappoint. I do wish the hard top was attached to the griddle itself. The knobs were easy to use and easy to adjust to desired settings.
