My store refused to consider Sunscreen as Healthcare. They were also priced $11-$15 and several were past their Expiration Date. The same products were $9.99 at Publix, so I may wait to see if they do an Advantage Buy Flyer Q or sale there.
I was at least able to combine my $3/$10 CVS Healthcare Q with the $4 off allergy CVS Q to get their $13.42 CVS Children’s Zyrtec for $6.42. 🙂

Any advice on which CVS stores in the Madison area will accept the $3/$10 healthcare items coupon on sunscreen? I tried at the Providence store and they wouldn’t accept it so I politely declined to purchase the items. I thought about getting into a discussion with the cashier about my melanoma-prone family and how sunscreen really IS a healthcare item for me but I had my kids with me and they were ready to GO. 🙂
I know they were taking it yesterday (the people who told me about it shopped here in Madison), but it’s possible that CVS corporate has told them not to accept it on that. I’m so sorry Stephanie!
I’m planning on doing this deal as well. Also, check around the Kroger on Hwy 72. I saw a beer mail-in rebate that says, “Save $6 on the purchase of beach towels/mats, beach hats, sunglasses, sandals, SUN TAN LOTIONS/OILS, coolers, or any other summer pool or beach party items.” The rebate is for purchases between 5/1/11 and 7/31/11. Minimum purchase of $10 is required.
Combine this with the Neutrogena deal and you’ve got yourself a great deal. I will definitely be getting a r-check if CVS is out of stock.

the cheapest sunscreen was 10.99 (only one on shelf).
Next was 13.99.
I used 2 $2 coupons and got $10 in ECB
($25 minus $4 with $10 = $11 for two sunscreens – not best deal but good sunscreen never the less.)
I also did not find anything under 10.00. Thanks though!
Hi Emily! I went tonight, and did see some that were marked as low as $8.49, but they were all gone of course! 🙁 If you saw any tags that were lower than $9-$10, it would be worth getting a rain check on!

I did the deal, but it wasn’t that cheap. They didn’t have anything priced that cheap. They were all priced $10-13 so they wound up being $3-4ish apiece for me, but I got some good stuff like some face stuff with high spf.
