HEB Coupon Policy

Wondering if H-E-B accepts coupons or if they have a coupon policy? They accept the following store-issued coupons as well as manufacturer issued coupons.

• H-E-B issued coupons available at store level and are typically yellow in color or
  • Generated by a coupon printer at the register and provided with customer receipt.
  • Distributed via direct mail to customer households or other printed publications.
  • Digital coupons selected on the H-E-B website or H-E-B mobile application.
• Manufacturer issued coupons including those with competitor logos (must have the wording “Manufacturer’s Coupon” printed on the coupon).
• Online Printable coupons with a bar code (i.e. heb.com coupons, email coupons, internet coupons, social media coupons).

In addition to their other coupon policies, it’s important to know these rules:

• H-E-B will not allow stacking of any coupons. Only one item specific coupon per qualifying item is allowed.
• H-E-B does allow piggybacking of coupons in certain scenarios.
  • Buy X Get Y Free. A cents-off coupon can be applied on the Buy X item because it was purchased and not the “Free” product.
  • $ off “Your Basket” coupons can be combined with an item-level offer if all qualifying requirements have been met on each coupon.

Keep in mind that the offers and prices in he H-E-B Weekly ads may vary by location. While offers and prices are often similar, some offers will only be eligible at a specific store. Be sure to check the weekly ad for your area before heading out.

H-E-B Curbside Pickup and Delivery

Similar to Walmart Grocery Pickup, H-E-B offers Curbside Pickup where you can place your orders online and a shopper will shop for you! After placing your order online, just drive to your local store and park in the designated parking spots for Curbside. Then, text the number on the sign to let them know you’ve arrived and they’ll load your groceries straight into your car.

If you can’t make it to the store, they also offer a grocery Delivery service and will bring the groceries to your door for an additional fee. Here are the fees for using these services:

• Curbside Orders – $4.95 personal shopper fee
• Delivery Orders – $4.95 personal shopper fee + $5 delivery fee

While you cannot use manufacturer coupons on curbside pickup or delivery orders, you can apply digital coupons and weekly offers while shopping!
