Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine turkey, mozzarella, onion, bread crumbs, milk, eggs, Worcestershire, garlic, salt and pepper; mix well with your hands.
Bake until golden brown, about 35 minutes. Remove from oven.
In a small bowl, combine glaze ingredients. Spoon evenly over mini meatloaves. Return muffin tin to oven for another 10 minutes.
Prepare California vegetables according to package directions. Serve vegetables alongside meatloaves.
