Add all ingredients for marinade in a quart size zip-top bag. Squeeze to combine. Place salmon in a separate gallon size zip-top bag. Label and freeze together.
When ready to cook, thaw in refrigerator overnight.
Combine salmon and marinade and refrigerate 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375℉. Line a baking sheet with a long piece of foil. Remove salmon from marinade and place on foil. Pour marinade over salmon and fold up all 4 corners of the foil. Seal foil, leaving a small opening on the top.
Bake 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Open packet and broil 1-2 minutes to caramelize the top of the fish.
Garnish with sliced green onions if desired.
