Mix together barbecue sauce, Italian dressing, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce. Pour on top of chicken.
Cover and cook on low 5-6 hours or on high 3-4 hours.
Meanwhile, bake potatoes in oven or cook in slow cooker.
Shred chicken and serve over potatoes; add desired toppings.
Potatoes
Wash and dry potatoes; prick all over with a fork.
Rub each potato with ½ teaspoon olive oil and sprinkle with kosher salt; wrap in aluminum foil.
Place in slow cooker; cover and cook on low 8-10 hours.
Notes
You can use just the bottled bbq sauce rather than adding other ingredients, but our family loves the extra sweetness and tang that comes from this recipe!
