Orange Glazed Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lb boneless, skinless salmon filet, cut into 6 pieces
  • ½ cup orange marmalade
  • 2 tsps sesame oil
  • 2 tsps low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp squeeze ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3 Tbsps white rice vinegar
  • 6 green onions, sliced (optional)
  • ¼ cup toasted sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine orange marmalade, sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger, garlic and vinegar.
  • Brush glaze over each side of salmon.
  • Preheat grill to medium heat and grill salmon for about 8 minutes on each side.
  • Top with green onions and sesame seeds, if desired.

Notes

Cooking times will vary depending on the thickness of salmon.
