Orange Glazed Salmon

Ingredients
1 ½ lb boneless, skinless salmon filet, cut into 6 pieces
½ cup orange marmalade
2 tsps sesame oil
2 tsps low-sodium soy sauce
1 tsp squeeze ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
3 Tbsps white rice vinegar
6 green onions, sliced (optional)
¼ cup toasted sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine orange marmalade, sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger, garlic and vinegar.
Brush glaze over each side of salmon.
Preheat grill to medium heat and grill salmon for about 8 minutes on each side.
Top with green onions and sesame seeds, if desired.
Notes
Cooking times will vary depending on the thickness of salmon.
