No Churn Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
- 3 drops green food coloring optional
- 1 cup chocolate pieces or chips chopped
1. In a large mixing bowl, whip heavy cream on high speed for about 5 - 10 minutes until stiff peaks start to form. Be sure to not to over whip the cream to the point where it breaks down and separates.2. In another bowl, combine condensed milk, peppermint extract, food coloring and chocolate pieces.3. Fold whipped cream into the sweetened condensed milk mixture until well combined.4. Place into a large loaf pan or 3 quart container; cover tightly.5. Place in freezer for at least 6 hours or overnight before serving.
