Mexican Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 cups rotisserie chicken, chopped
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 15 oz can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 4 oz can chopped green chiles
  • 2.25 oz can sliced olives
  • 1 medium sweet onion, chopped
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 oz pkg taco seasoning
  • 1 pkg corn chips (optional)

Instructions

  • In large bowl, combine all ingredients except corn chips.
  • Cover and chill until ready to serve.
  • Serve with corn chips, if desired.
