grilled chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces

uncooked orzo pasta

jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained

diced cucumber

grape tomatoes, halved

sliced kalamata olives

cup
crumbled feta cheese

diced red onion

Greek dressing (or to taste)
Instructions
Cook orzo according to package directions; drain.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients adding additional Greek dressing if needed.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
Note: Grilled chicken is reserved from chicken & veggie kabobs recipe.
