Combine olive oil, soy sauce, honey and garlic in a large zip-top bag. Add chicken breasts and turn to coat. Refrigerate and marinate breasts for at least 2 hours.
Preheat grill to medium-heat. Using tongs, place chicken breasts on the grill. Cover and grill 5-7 minutes. Turn breasts over and grill 5-7 minutes longer or until a thermometer reads 165°F.
(If you don't want to grill this recipe, you can also broil in oven for 7-10 minutes or saute over medium high heat on stovetop for 7-10 minutes.)
