Instructions
Add all dressing ingredients into jar with lid; seal and shake. This can be prepared in advance and stored in refrigerator for 2-3 days.
In large bowl, add salad ingredients; toss to combine. Divide between individual serving plates and drizzle with dressing.

If desired, add leftover grilled pork tenderloin or chicken breasts, to add extra protein.
