Instructions
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add mushrooms and garlic and cook until garlic is fragrant, about 1 minute. Add spinach and cook until spinach is wilted, 2-3 minutes.
Stir eggs into vegetable mixture; season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook, without stirring, until eggs start to firm. Using two spatulas, carefully flip. Sprinkle cream cheese pieces over egg mixture and cook until cream cheese starts to soften and eggs are done.
