In a large skillet, brown turkey or pork until no longer pink. Add garlic and sauté another minute. Stir in coleslaw, soy sauce and ginger; sauté until desired tenderness.
Make a well in the center of the skillet and add the egg. Scramble until done and mix in with ingredients. Stir in sriracha.
Drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle with green onions and desired amount of sesame seeds.
