Easy Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients

  • 24 whole Oreo cookies
  • 4 Tbsp butter

filing

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
  • 8 oz whipped topping thawed

Instructions

crust

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
  • Crush Oreos to fine crumbs. Pour melted butter over Oreos and stir with a fork to combine.
  • Press into a pie pan and bake 5 - 7 minutes, or until set.
  • Remove from oven and cool completely.

filling

  • In a large bowl, beat peanut butter and cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and continue beating until smooth.
  • Add in thawed whipped topping and beat mixture until smooth, scraping down sides.
  • Pour filling into cooled crust and smooth top with a knife or spatula. Refrigerate at least an hour before serving.
