DIY Granite Countertop Cleaner
Make your granite countertops sparkly clean with this simple and affordable cleaner!
Materials
- ΒΌ cup 70% Rubbing Alcohol (can use 1/3 cup if you prefer a stronger cleaner)
- 12-14 ounces Water
- 3-4 drops Dish Soap
- 5-10 drops Essential Oil - I love using Lemon, Sweet Orange, Lavender, or Spearmint! (this step is optional, but it takes away the alcohol smell and makes it smell fresh and clean!)
- 1 Microfiber Cloth (or Paper Towels)
Instructions
- Fill an empty spray bottle with 1/4 rubbing alcohol (I love using my glass bottle from The Grove and usually just fill it up to where the rubber base stops).
- Next fill the bottle up to the top with water, leaving just a little room at the top.
- Add 5-10 drops of your favorite essential oil.
- Lastly, add 3-4 drops of dish soap to the bottle (do this step last or your mixture will foam up when you add the water).
- Spray on counter and let sit for at least 30 seconds.
- Wipe clean with microfiber cloth or paper towel. Enjoy!
