Colorful Monster Cookies

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 box white cake mix
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • food coloring
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • candy eyeballs

Instructions

  • Beat cream cheese, butter, vanilla, and egg until fluffy.
  • Add white cake mix and beat until well combined.
  • Divide batter into smaller bowls for each color. Add food coloring and mix until completely colored.
  • Chill dough for about one hour.
  • Preheat oven to 350℉.
  • Roll into 1" rounds. Roll in powdered sugar to coat and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and pat down lightly.
  • Bake 10-11 minutes.
  • Add candy eyeballs after baking, while cookies are warm.
