Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Roll Ups

Ingredients

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 30 oz alfredo Sauce
  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken shredded
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 2 tsps garlic salt
  • 3 cups mozzarella cheese shredded

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a 13x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray, and cover the bottom of the pan with ¾ cup alfredo sauce.
  • Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions, until al dente.
  • Drain and rinse noodles in cold water, then lay out noodles to fill.
  • Spread about 2 tablespoons alfredo sauce on each noodle. Sprinkle with a little bit of garlic salt, oregano, 3 tablespoons mozzarella and shredded chicken.
  • Carefully roll up lasagna noodle starting at one end, and then place into a pan seam side down.
  • Pour remaining alfredo sauce over the top, then add the rest of the cheese.
  • Bake 25-30 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
