Ingredients
For the Smash Tacos:

ground beef, divided into 4 patties
4
6" flour tortillas
4
slices American cheese
3/4
cup
shredded lettuce
3
tbsp
minced onion
Dill pickle slices
salt and pepper to taste
For the Big Mac Sauce:
1/2
cup
Mayonnaise
3
tbsp
Dijon mustard
1
tsp
White vinegar
2
tbsp
Grate white onion
2
tbsp
Sweet pickle relish
1/2
tsp
Kosher salt
1/2
tsp
Paprika
1/2
tsp
Garlic powder
1/2
tsp
Onion powder
Instructions
For the Big Mac Sauce:
In a small mixing bowl, combine all the sauce ingredients.
For the Smash Tacos:
Spread the 1/4 lb burger patties evenly onto the flour tortillas. Press down until the patty covers almost the entire tortilla.
Heat a cast iron skillet to medium until hot. Add burger patty meat-side down and gently press into the skillet. Cook 5-7 minutes.
Flip patty, add a slice of American cheese. Cook 2-3 more minutes until done. Repeat with remaining burger patties.
Add desired toppings and enjoy!
