Mix together graham cracker crumbs, 1 stick melted butter, and sugar in small bowl
Press graham cracker mixture into 9" x 13" glass dish and chill in freezer
While that is chilling, beat cream cheese, softened 1/4 cup butter, and powdered sugar in medium bowl for a few minutes, until creamy (it will take 4 - 5 minutes to cream together well
Spread cream cheese layer on top of cooled graham cracker crust
Layer bananas on top of cream cheese layer, then add crushed pineapple evenly over bananas
Next, gently cover pineapple and banana layer with Cool Whip
Slowly drizzle slightly warmed hot fudge sauce over Cool Whip layer
Garnish with nuts, cherries, and sprinkles
Refrigerate for 4 hours before serving
