In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, pickles, mustard, ketchup, vinegar, ¼ teaspoon paprika, ¼ teaspoon garlic powder, and ¼ teaspoon onion powder. Stir and set aside.
In medium bowl, add ground beef, salt, pepper, and remaining paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
Form into 8 even-size balls. Then, press one beef portion onto front of each tortilla until it covers surface.
Repeat with remaining beef and tortillas.
In large skillet over medium-high heat, place tortillas beef side down on skillet. Cook 3-4 minutes, smashing tortillas flat with spatula.
Flip burgers, cover with piece of cheese, and cook 2-3 minutes.
Top burgers with sauce, lettuce, pickle slices, and onions.
