Slow Cooker Creamy Italian Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts Refrigerated or Frozen
  • 1 oz pkg dry Italian dressing mix
  • 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz pkg light cream cheese Softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 8 oz bowtie pasta, optional

Instructions

  • Place chicken into bottom of slow cooker. Sprinkle with dressing mix; pour in soup.
  • Cover, and cook on low 6-7 hours.
  • Shred chicken, and return to crock. Add cream cheese and sour cream. Cover, and cook on low another 15 minutes or until cream cheese softens.
  • Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions.
  • Drain, and add to slow cooker; stir to combine.
