In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat; add pork, and cook until browned and crumbly.
Transfer meat to a plate, and return skillet to stove.
Whisk eggs, and add to skillet. Scramble until no longer runny then remove from pan.
Return pork to skillet, add quinoa and frozen vegetables.
Mix in sauces, garlic and ginger then toss until warmed and vegetables are no longer frozen.
Add eggs, toss to combine, and serve immediately.
