Peanut Butter Energy Bites

Ingredients

rolled oats

unsweetened coconut flakes

creamy peanut butter, no sugar and no oil added
½
cup
ground flax seed
½
cup
semi-sweet chocolate chips
⅓
cup
honey

tsp
vanilla extract
Instructions
In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
Using cookie scoop, shape into balls. Store in refrigerator.
Note: extended refrigeration time required.
