Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine panko, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper; set aside.
Dredge asparagus in flour, dip into beaten eggs, then dredge in panko mixture, pressing to coat.
Place asparagus in a single layer onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.
Serve immediately.
