Ingredients

  • 2 14 oz pkgs smoked sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 lb green beans, trimmed and halved
  • ¾ lb small red potatoes, quartered
  • 1 large yellow onion, sliced
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • 1 ½ tsp cracked black pepper
  • 1 ½ tsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter, crumbled
  • ½ cup water

Instructions

  • Preheat grill to high heat.
  • On large sheet of heavy-duty foil, place sausage, green beans, potatoes, and onions. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle olive oil, and top with pieces of butter. Seal foil tightly around ingredients, leaving small opening on top. Pour 1/2 cup water into opening and seal tight.
  • Place foil packet onto grill. Grill 20-30 minutes, turning once halfway through until sausage is browned and vegetables are soft.
