Easy Oven-Baked Beef Brisket Recipe

Ingredients

boneless beef brisket

liquid smoke

Tbsps
Worcestershire sauce

tsp
onion salt
1
tsp
garlic salt
1
tsp
celery salt

tsp
black pepper
Instructions
Sprinkle and rub all ingredients over brisket. Wrap tightly in aluminum foil. Add to a gallon size zip-top bag. Label and freeze.
When ready to cook, thaw in refrigerator overnight.
Keep brisket wrapped in foil and wrap a second piece of foil around meat. Place on baking sheet and bake in a 275°F oven for 5 hours.
Notes
Save this one for a day you'll be home since it has to bake 5 hours.
