slices of pepperoni
slices of salami
slices of summer sausage
brie cheese round
kalamata and Spanish olives
mini dill pickles
honey and whole grain mustard
smoked Gouda cheese slices
cheddar cheese slices
pistachios
almonds or mixed nuts
variety of crackers
different shapes, sizes and flavors
Instructions
Design the charcuterie board on a large wooden board or craft paper on the countertop.
Places cheeses on board.
Place crackers around the cheeses in a fan-like fashion.
Add meats in groups around the board.
Using small bowls, add a few different mustards or dipping sauces for the meats.
Fill in spaces with dried fruit, nuts, olives, jams, jellies and baby pickles.
