Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare sugar cookie dough according to package directions, mixing in the butter and egg.
Using your hands, spread dough evenly on a cookie sheet. Pierce dough with a fork to prevent air bubbles.
Bake until lightly browned, about 12 minutes. Remove from oven and cool completely.
In a medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and marshmallow cream together until smooth and creamy. Spread evenly over the cooled cookie.
Cover the pizza with fruit. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Slice into squares to serve.
Note: We used strawberries, blueberries, kiwi and
mandarin oranges for our initial testing of this recipe.
