  • 16 oz Penne Pasta
  • 2 Cups Rotisserie Chicken Shredded
  • 1/2 Cup Red Onion Diced
  • 1 Cup Artichoke Hearts Quartered
  • 1/2 Cup Kalamata Olives, Pitted Sliced
  • 1/2 Cup Feta Cheese Crumbled
  • 1 Cup Greek Dressing


  • Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse with cool water.
  • Add shredded chicken and remaining ingredients and toss well. Add additional dressing if desired.
  • Serve immediately warm or make ahead and refrigerate.
