Slow Cooker Creamy Italian Chicken

Cook Time4 hrs


  • 1 lb Chicken Breast Refrigerated or Frozen
  • 1 Packet Dry Italian Dressing Mix
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup or Homemade Substitute


  • Place Chicken in slow cooker
  • Combine water and Italian salad dressing mix together - pour over chicken
  • Cook on low for 3 hours
  • Shred the Chicken
  • Use a hand mixer to combine Soup and Cream Cheese
  • Mix until creamy, and then add to Chicken
  • Cook 1 additional hour
  • Serve over pasta!
