Open turkey and discard packaging. Rinse turkey and pat dry with paper towels.
Brush turkey with 1 Tbsp of olive oil
Combine seasonings in a small bowl and generously rub over the turkey
Pour 1/2 cup of water into the slow cooker and add prepared turkey
Cover and cook on low 5 - 6 hours
Gently remove turkey from slow cooker and use a sharp knife to slice the breast off the breast bone then slice the remaining meat and plate.
