Slow Cooker Turkey Breast

Ingredients

  • 5 - 6 lb Turkey Breast, Bone-In
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Seasoning Salt
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 Cup Water

Instructions

  • Open turkey and discard packaging. Rinse turkey and pat dry with paper towels.
  • Brush turkey with 1 Tbsp of olive oil
  • Combine seasonings in a small bowl and generously rub over the turkey
  • Pour 1/2 cup of water into the slow cooker and add prepared turkey
  • Cover and cook on low 5 - 6 hours
  • Gently remove turkey from slow cooker and use a sharp knife to slice the breast off the breast bone then slice the remaining meat and plate.
