Baked Chicken Tenders

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder and a sprinkle of salt and pepper on a plate. Cut chicken into tenders, if desired.
Dip chicken in Ranch dressing making sure to coat both sides and then roll in bread crumb mixture.
Flash freeze on baking sheet. Once frozen, move to a gallon size zip-top bag, label and return to freezer. When ready to cook, thaw in refrigerator overnight.
Preheat oven to 400°F. Place thawed chicken on a greased baking sheet; drizzle with melted butter.
Bake 30-35 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Broil the last 5 minutes to crisp up the breading.
