Peanut Butter Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Old Fashioned oats
  • 2/3 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup ground flax seed
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter chips or chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup of honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl
  • Cover refrigerate for an hour
  • Use a cookie scoop to make them the shape of balls or just use your hands.
