Grease 18 muffin cups.
Mix together cornbread mix and brown sugar in large bowl.
In separate bowl, mix together 2 eggs and milk.
Add milk mixture to corn bread mixture, then stir in cheese.
Place pieces of hot dogs down into muffin cups.
Pour corn bread batter over each cup, about 2/3 full.
Bake at 400 for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cool for five minutes, then serve!
