Note that the sizing of the jacket is unisex, but tends to run a bit small (be sure to check their sizing chart). Ashley normally wears between a medium and a large, but ordered a large based on the size chart, and said it's still a bit more fitted around the waist than she thought it would be and a little looser on the top.
