The pasta deals are just too good to pass up this week, especially if you're able to find the ricotta cheese for just $.50 each (if your store has the $1/1 Blinkie). This meal should be less than $5, and even cheaper if you have a few of the ingredients at home already. Enjoy your week of Italian dinners!

**UPDATE – I just went to my Publix and the coupon for the Ricotta works on a HUGE tub of Ricotta, so even if you don't have a blinkie I think $1.50 is a great deal! Also, they just got the Winter Family Savings flyer and it has a coupon for $3.50/Rachel Ray's Magazine with two Ricotta purchases. The cheese doesn't expire until 02/10, so it might be worth stocking up on!
They did not have Barilla shell shaped pasta at my store, but they did have Ronzoni and Mueller's. You could use the coupon HERE to get $1/2 (if variety included). It never goes as easy as planned, does it?
