What’s For Dinner? Easy Baked Ravioli

I shared this recipe last summer, but since Publix has the Ravioli on sale again this week I decided it was time to dig it out.  See more detailed instructions (with much prettier pictures!) over HERE, but this one’s a favorite at our house!  (And, because I’m a penny-pinching nerd I had to check to see if the price on the Rosetto Ravioli had gone up since last year, but it’s actually stayed the same price as last summer!)

Easy Ravioli Bake

  1. 1 jar spaghetti sauce (26 oz.)
  2. 1 can diced tomatoes (14 1/2 oz.) Get Publix brand free this week with Buy Theirs Get Ours Free promo

  1. Just in time for dinner tonight! I just picked up six bags of the ravioli. We loved it when it was on sale last summer…thanks!

  2. That’s what we had tonight for dinner. I put some spaghetti/pizza sauce that Amish friend made and canned for me and it was wonderful!

  3. Here’s another quick recipe for frozen ravioli:
    Spinach Ravioli

    1 bag frozen ravioli
    1 box frozen spinach
1 jar alfredo sauce (I like the Knorr mixes too)
    8 oz. shredded mozzarella
    1 can diced Italian tomatoes

Cook ravioli per directions on bag. Put spinach in boiling water while ravioli is still cooking. Strain both in colander when done. Spread ravioli & spinach in 9×11 pan. Pour canned tomatoes over top mixture. Pour alfredo sauce over top. Stir everything together. Sprinkle with mozzarella. Put under broiler until cheese is melted.

  4. Nice, I think I will try this tomorrow 🙂
    Thank you

Will this be any good in slow cooker for 2-3 hours on low?
