1 1/4 cups brown rice
$.50/1 Mahatma HERE or 2/7 RP (makes the rice $.19 each)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup

1/4 cup apple juice

6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Perdue Chicken Breasts $3.49/lb., not the best price so hopefully you have some in your freezer!
1/4 cup melted margarine
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
$1/1 Kraft Parmesan Cheese HERE
Spray crockpot with non-stick cooking spray. In a bowl combine soups, margarine, and juice. Place rice in crockery and pour 1/2 soup mixture to cover. Place chicken in next. Pour remaining soup over chicken. Top with almonds and cheese. Cook on low 8-10 hours.
