Publix has their Bone-In Chicken Breast is on sale this week for $1.69/lb. (a savings of $1.10 per lb.), so it's a great week to make your family a chicken dinner! I found a great website that shows very simply how to roast split chicken breast, and I'm betting your family will love it served with some mashed potatoes on the side. Here's what you'll need:
Salt and Pepper
Olive Oil $1/1 Bertolli Olive Oil from 1/10 SS
Cajun Spice mix (optional – I'll probably use Lawry's)
2 lbs. bone-in chicken breast with skin On Sale $1.69/lb.
