Walmart Spring Decor
Jamie here! I love freshening up my living room with new colors and decor touches each season – and this Spring Walmart had SO much cute stuff I couldn't pass it up!
My living room was full of fall colors – rusts, browns and dark greens and fleecy throws and it was all just NOT fresh and bright and light. I picked up some new throw pillows (Isn't it great how a couple new throw pillows can change a room?) and a summery seagrass rug – throw in a lovely lamp and a farmhousey frame – and it feels brand new!
I removed the Fall/Winter accents – and started fresh – I'm dealing with a small living room that houses a LARGE sectional – so throw pillows are a pretty big part of my decor changes!
First, I layered in some white and light khaki accents to bring a clean summery vibe in. Here are the pillows I ordered:
Better Homes & Gardens Decorative Throw Pillow, Plaid 20″– I love the springy yellow, green and peach plaid!
Gap Home Blocked Slub Decorative Oblong Throw Pillow with Tassels, Olive, 14″ x 20″– I liked this different size to mix in
Gap Home Border Knots Decorative Square Throw Pillow Natural 20″ x 20″ – I loved the fun popcorn texture on this one!
For another pop of color I added this My Texas House Cameron Tufted Diamond Cotton Throw
On the end table I picked up the following:
Mainstays 8” x 10” Matted to 5” x 7” White Distressed Picture Frame (It comes with a linen-looking mat that makes any picture look great – this is just a lemon illustration I printed off the internet on plain paper)
Better Homes & Gardens Blue Geo Textured Glass Table Lamp (This lamp is soooo pretty up close!)
And tied it all together with a summery seagrass rug:

All in all – I think that these cute Walmart finds really brightened up the room with zero effort – and I'm excited to have my ladies group over later this month to enjoy it!
