My friend Sandra made Pumpkin Gooey Butter Cake this weekend and it was so yummy! She got the recipe straight from Paula Deen, so I figured I'd share with you the recipe for the traditional Gooey Butter Cake, and then link you to the Pumpkin & Chocolate variations in case you'd like to try those out (I'm going to take the Pumpkin with me for Thanksgiving so we have extra goodies!) I really will start posting healthier recipes soon, but we've got to get through these holidays first!

Next, add the powdered sugar and mix well. Spread over cake batter and bake for 40 to 50 minutes. Make sure not to over bake as the center should be a little gooey.
