I think Publix was being a little generous with me by changing their ad dates this week! My “baby” turns 3 Easter Sunday, and my big ole' boy turns 10 just eight days later. So to be honest, my hands are crazy busy around here! Instead of planning three meals this week, I figured I'd share a few favorite Easter Sunday dishes, and maybe you'll enjoy them in your home too! Publix put just about every item I'll need on sale for every dish we usually make, so it should make for a yummy inexpensive Easter Sunday meal!
We did take a little time to make some Bunny Tails at our house earlier this week, and my kids loved them. We used frozen Rhodes bread dough (use $.55/1 coupon HERE), although you can learn how to make them from scratch over at Kara's Kitchen Creations. My almost 2, 7, and almost 9 year old all thought it was hysterically funny to eat “Bunny Tails”, and renamed them “Bunny Booties” (in our home there's just no funnier word than “Bootie” – I know, I've ruined my kids forever!)
I hate that I don't have pictures for you all this week, but these are just good recipes I've used forever but don't have pictures for! I promise they've been tested A LOT in our home (and passed down from one awesome cook!) so try them out and I'd love to hear what you think.
