Scripture Journal Gift Idea
As we are getting closer to graduation time – many of us know someone getting ready to graduate and start a new chapter of their lives. One gift idea that I have always loved is a scripture journal.
The idea is that you give a nice journal and add in scripture randomly throughout (maybe every 15-20 pages). If you know the young person well, and know their struggles, you could choose scripture that you think may encourage them on their path.
It shows that you care about them deeply, but also it's a very inexpensive gift to give (which is always helpful!)
One of my favorite journals is this Twilight Garden Hardcover Journal from Peter Pauper Press – it's just pretty and calm and there is gilding here and there on the fronds and leaves that you can't see in the photo above. Best of all, it's only $5.21 on Amazon right now. Or you can get the similar Dusky Meadow Journal for just $4.49!
These are very nice quality with thick lined pages. They are on the small side – so great to stuff in a purse or backpack. 🙂
If you're looking for something slightly more masculine – here are a couple options as well:
Antique Monogram Journal – $6.49 (All monogram initials included in pack!)
Celtic Journal – $7.55
Obsidian Journal – $8.41
