I've been struggling a little to keep up with recipes each week, so I think I'm going to try a new plan of attack this week! (Let me know what you think!) Rather than stressing my brain out completely (I am not good at this . . .), I'm going to really work to find two fabulous recipes that match up with Publix ad, rather than three kind-of-not-so-amazing-but-they'll-do recipes.
When I started PPP my goal was to do two complete meals, one easy meal, and one treat each week, but coming up with that many recipes is a lot for me! In all honesty, I cook because I'm supposed to, not because I want to (there . . . I said it). PB&J every single night with a side of Hershey Kisses would suit me just fine, but I do have a hubby who likes a decent meal once in awhile! Part of the reason I wanted to do recipes here was to make myself a little more accountable in cooking a few of them 🙂 . . . so this really is a challenge for me! I do love to bake though, so I'll keep that one up happily!
If you love the recipes I'd love to hear from you, because if no one's enjoying them out there in cyber-world they're not worth doing! But at least for my own family I think two meals and one treat is manageable . . . we'll see how it goes.
