After twelve years of
waiting, dreading, preparing, it's finally here: all three of my sweet kids are actually in school today (WOW!) I've shared before that running PPP might make this day a little easier on my heart, and it definitely has. So, thanks for reading. 😉
Enough sappyness, here's what we're eating this week! Since it's the first week of school each of my kids have chosen a menu for their special night, and here's what they've picked . . .
Monday (Caroline's night) ~ Eggs, Bacon, Pancakes with Strawberries (she wants to make faces out of them), and Back-to-School Chocolate Cake for dessert (I'll post that back-to-school cake tomorrow!)
Wednesday (Reagan's night) ~ McDonald's (this is just awful, but she's been begging for McDonald's and we've got two kids gymnastics classes plus a soccer practice on the schedule. Sooooo. . .I think we'll be having McDonald's . . . bleck!)
Thursday ~Slow Cooked Bacon Ranch Chicken with Green Beans
Friday ~ Leftovers or Dinner Out
