Have you made your menu plan yet for the week? We've got lots of company coming in town for Easter, so I'm gearing up for quite a bit of cooking over the weekend and a pretty simple menu during the week. (Since my kids are on Spring Break, I don't want to have to stress over dinner too much every day . . . I'll have plenty on my plate just getting ready for the weekend!) Here's what we're having . . .
- Monday – Slow Cooker Italian Chicken with Salad
- Tuesday – Spaghetti, Salad & Garlic Bread
- Wednesday – Leftovers
- Thursday – Breakfast for Dinner
- Friday – Simple Stovetop Roast, Mashed Potatoes and Veggies
