After months off of Menu Plan Monday, I thought I'd try adding it back to my posting schedule because I've got to start making a plan or we'll eat way too many nights out this summer! You may have noticed that I've been scaling back my recipes to just one each week lately (with everyone home for the summer I just couldn't get two or three posted each week. . .), but hopefully this will give you a few other ideas of meals to make each week. Here's what's on our menu:
- Monday: Slow Cooked Ravioli (I'll let you know how it goes, I'm a little scared about this one but figured it was worth a try!)
- Tuesday: Slow Cooked Buffalo Ranch Chicken Sliders
- Wednesday: Recipe based on Publix sales ad (stop back Wednesday to see what we try!)
- Thursday: Leftover night
- Friday: Dinner out or Homemade Pizza
