I think this may be my favorite Menu Plan Monday of the year! I love (love!) Christmas week, and all of our Christmas traditions make this week oh-so-special in our home. So, while this isn't a normal menu plan week, I figured I'd share our favorites . . .
- Christmas Eve – Slow Cooked Loaded Potato Soup for Christmas Eve Dinner with Cheese & Crackers
- Christmas Morning – Happy Birthday Jesus Cake, Fruit Salad, Eggs, Bacon, Biscuits, Gravy
- Christmas Day Dinner with family – Honey Baked Ham (using a coupon of course! A friend actually asked why I wasn't making my slow cooker ham, but there really is just something about a honey baked ham . . . ), Hashbrown Casserole, more fruit salad, rolls, and some kind of vegetable (someone else is in charge of that, so we'll see what they bring!)
- Christmas Desserts – To take along with us, I'm making these Best Ever Chocolate Chip Cookies (they're my father-in-law's favorites), Christmas Crack, and of course, we'll bake some basic sugar cookies to decorate tomorrow as well 🙂
